Our Artisans
Our artisans are mainly expert women living in countryside, who crafts amazing creations. They got the art of crafting from their ancestors which is quite interesting. We chose to partner with them- to introduce their work with the whole world where their works are appreciated, as well to open up the opportunity to upgrade their lifestyle.
There are two type of artisans work with us some works at our factory and some works from their home. This flexibility was mainly created by keeping in mind that there are female artisans who have to look after their family while working.
We have an artisan development program to train rural people for skill development. It improves the quality of the finished products, attracting more buyers in return, which also drawn attention to more new generation village people to get trained and work on local products and run small business. This program is creating new employment for rural people and strengthening the industry as well.
